Instead, its about me carefully listening to the challenges you are facing and then working collaboratively with you to establish what steps you can take to overcome them, using Psychology frameworks along the way to guide the discussion, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). It may also be beneficial to have a treatment of Hypnosis. These techniques are not a cure-all guaranteed to solve your issues.
